Using Auto Mode on the Noblerex K1

I’m falling in love with the K-1 all over again!   :-P I’ve recently gotten really into using the Auto Modes instead of the setting the intensity manually.  Let me explain:

The K-1 Platinum has two modes of control, Auto and Manual which can be adjusted at any time while in use.

The Manual Mode lets you choose your intensity (levels 1-10, or 7-28 hertz) and your time (1-10 minutes).  This is what I have typically used in the past.  I usually use level 10, the highest level, unless I’m just using the K1 for a warm down or for getting the lactic acid out of my muscles on a “rest” day.  Then I’ll use levels 1-5.

Auto Mode lets you choose between 3 different exercise programs, each with a varying degree of vibration intensity (speed) and time.  There are three different programs:

  • Auto Mode 1 fluctuates between intensity levels 1 and 5.  Auto Mode 1 is recommended for anyone and is suggested for beginners.
  • Auto Mode 2 fluctuates between intensity levels 1 and 7.  Auto Mode 2 is recommended for intermediate users.
  • Auto Mode 3 fluctuates between intensity levels 1 and 10.  This is the most intense auto program available on the K-1 Platinum.  It is highly recommended that only users who are familiar with the K-1 Platinum use this program.

I LOVE Auto Mode 3 now.  It’s so awesome to have this program available on a whole body vibration machine because

1) It’s sort of like interval training.   And you’re preventing your muscles from getting accustomed to the same intensity (even if it’s a 10)

2) It’s more fun!  It feels better because it kind of catches you off-guard when it goes from a 1 to a 10 in a second.  It allows you to “set it and forget it” and just enjoy standing on it while meditating, thinking, watching TV or YouTube videos…anything!  It’s FUN exercise that raises your vibes in every way!

When I need to take a break from intense vibrations, I use Auto Mode 1 for 10-15 minutes, just stretching on it and leaning back and forward, side to side.  Perfect :)
