The Noblerex K-1 Blog!

Hi, my name is Lenette Nakauchi and I am so incredibly excited to bring this whole body vibration machine, site, and blog to you!  Our health and fitness play such a huge role in our life experience.  I love what a role model of mine, Karyn Calabrese, says: “If you don’t take care of this (gesturing to her body), the most magnificent gift you were ever given, where are you going to live?”  I know that not only the Noblerex K-1, but the information on this site and blog will help those who are ready for it achieve new levels of health, fitness, and happiness in their body.  This will without a doubt positively affect other areas of their lives, helping to attract more of what we all want and deserve.

I fell in love with the Noblerex K-1 a couple years ago at a health festival in Sedona, Arizona.  I tried it out for the full 10 minutes and I honestly felt sore the next day.  I never forgot the fun feeling of stimulating relaxation while on it, nor the appreciation I felt for the exercise received while traveling on vacation.  My next encounter with the Noblerex was here in Chicago at my reflexologist’s office.  He had one and I was so excited to see it again that I asked if I could use it for 10 minutes before the session.  I was sore all over from the 10 minutes again!   I ran to his place four miles away several times since then just to use it and swore to myself I would have one.

I’ve always been really into health technologies and gadgets.  If something amazing is out there to help us get healthier and feel better, I want to try it out myself.   If the only place I can get it is online, even better   I have so many fun gizmos at home and I love them all!  So I started to get really interested in Whole Body Vibration, or Total Body Exercise.  I spent months researching other brands and machines out there.  After talking to other companies, testing out their machines and even getting a training session on a few of them, I discovered that I had stumbled across the best oscillating vibration machine on the market for the quality, safety, and value in the beginning.  The Noblerex K-1 won my heart, body, and a place in my home so now I am sharing this with you!
