“This is NOT your grandma’s vibrating machine!”

Today I thought it would be fun to post a question I received the other day and answer it here on the blog.

Let me know what you think and please send in any questions YOU might have :)

Question: I am seriously thinking about purchasing one of these possibly in a month or more if I can manage to get enough hours in at work if it stays busy, but I have a question/comment:

How come on all the videos and YouTube videos I see about people talking about the Noblerex K-1 and all its benefits, they are either fat, chubby, soft, no muscle, not looking fit all all, especially a few of the guys? If 10 minutes on this machine is like 60 minutes in the gym then why don’t they look lean and fit/muscular?

I’m sure if these people lifted heavy weights and did cardio they would look a lot fitter wouldn’t they?

Answer: Great question!  First, I wonder whose videos you’re referring to because there aren’t that my Noblerex K-1  videos out there.  I wonder if they’ve been using the machine for a while and what exactly they do on the machine while they’re on it.

But regardless, I think that your results of using the Noblerex K-1 really depend on three pretty large factors:

1) What you’re eating and how much.  The truth is, as the old cliché goes, you can’t out exercise a bad diet.   If you’re eating too much, eating foods that are over processed and perhaps even toxic to your system, or even consistently undereating, major fat loss (while maintaining lean muscle mass) just isn’t going to happen.  The same idea goes for muscle building efforts: trying to use your diet for muscle growth (i.e. eating massive amounts of food and protein) and then using exercise for weight loss is a recipe for failure.  It’s got to be a healthy, balanced, focused diet to get you there.

2) What does your ideal physique look like? What is your desired outcome?  I’m sure it’s different fore everyone.  Maybe for some of the people you saw on YouTube it wasn’t to be at 7% body fat, but maybe just fit and healthy looking.  Maybe they have already lost 30 lbs, who knows?   But it’s impossible to assume everyone wants to get the same figure in your mind.

3) Results will also depend how often you use the K-1, how long, and what you do on it. Just standing on it for 10 minutes a day versus doing static or dynamic exercises for a 25 minute session is going to make a huge difference too. Watch some of my whole body vibration workout videos and then take it up a couple notches and see what happens!

This is a great page (scroll to the bottom) with real results and testimonials using the K-1.

Raise the vibe,
