10 Minute Upper Body Workout on the Noberex K-1

Okay, let’s lose the jiggle with some whole body vibration jiggle!  Here’s a great (and super-quick) workout you can do for your upper body on the Noblerex K-1 machine.  An optional warm up and cool down/massage can be done before and after.  This works out your core a lot too!

Remember that whole body vibration exercise has been shown to be 10 times more efficient muscle work than rotational exercise. (See here for the research studies.)  So you’re getting a lot more out of this 10 minutes than you think :lol:

10 Minute Upper Body Workout on the Noberex K-1

Arms and Back: Straight armed plank 1 minute

Arms and Chest: Push up 2 minutes

Back and Shoulders: Inverted Shoulder Press 1 minute

Triceps: Triceps Dip 1 minute

Abs: Forearm Plank 1 minute

Obliques: Side Planks 1 minute each side

Back and Shoulders: Inverted Shoulder Press 30 seconds

Arms and Back: Straight armed plank 30 seconds

Upper and lower Back: Standing back and forward bends 1 minute

    Yes--I love it! It really is--I try to take a day off to give my muscles a break but I can't even do that! LOL.
