10 Minute Ab/Core Workout on the Noberex K-1

Here’s a “Core” Workout I’ve been doing on the Noblerex K-1 ever since I got it—a 10 minute pure abs workout. This is a lot more intense than it looks!  (or maybe you can tell by watching how challenging this is :)   I can only hold most of these positions for about 30 seconds right now but that time has been improving ever since I got the machine.

I love my ab workouts now because what used to take me about 30 minutes to do (fatigue my ab muscles) now only takes me 7-10 minutes to do.  It’s really amazing.  I feel pretty darn sore the next day too.

Honestly, just standing on the K-1 works out your core already, but this workout takes it to the next level if you want to whittle down that waist or work your way towards that 6 pack!

1o Minute Abs / Core Workout on the Noberex K-1

(All of these exercise can be static or dynamic. For a more intense workout, make each exercise dynamic until fatigued and then just hold the pose.)

  • Standing Abs 1 minute
  • Plank with Leg Lifts 2 minutes
  • Side Plank 30 seconds each Side
  • V-Hold 30 seconds or longer
  • Pull-in 30 seconds or longer
  • Knee-Holds 30 seconds or longer
  • Low Hold 15 seconds or longer
  • Oblique Twists 30 seconds or longer
  • Leg Lifts 30 seconds or longer
  • Kneeling Abs 1 minute

Remember to eat well after this whole body vibration workout or any weight training workout for that matter.  I’ve been refueling after my Noblerex workouts with protein smoothies or large salads with hemp seeds and spirulina on them :)   Focus on eating a snack or meal with some protein within 45 minutes of your workout :)
