Noblerex K-1 Whole Body Vibration versus Rebounding
In a sentence: Whole Body Vibration with the Noblerex K-1 is like rebounding on steroids! (natural steroids, course) What is rebounding? Rebounding is jumping up and down on a mini-trampoline, or rebounder for health reasons. It helps ease waste products, toxins, and fats out of the lymphatic system and to keeps our lymphatic system in check and healthy. Most people don’t know this but the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like the heart to move this kind of yucky stuff along for disposal. It relies entirely on physical movement and muscle contractions via the thighs and arms to do its job. In the book “The Fat Flush Plan” by Ann Louse Gittleman, the Fat Flush Exercise Plan centers around the lymphatic system. She actually refers to it as body’s built in fat processing plant. She recommends people bounce up and down on a rebounder for 5 minutes or day OR moving the arms while walking briskly for 20 or 30 minutes. But I’m sure she never heard about the Noblerex K-1 or Whole Body Vibration machines in 2002 when the book was written. I love rebounding. I own a rebounder, and I love it. Here’s a fun pic above of me rebounding. It feels good and it’s healthy and if it helps get rid of fat and toxins in me, all the better. But honestly, with whole body vibration exercise and the Noblerex K-1, you can see how contracting your muscles up to 30 times per second is like rebounding on steroids! It means quicker cleansing of your lymphatic system of fats and waste materials and quicker visible results! Similar Posts:
