No Time? Bundle Your Tasks, Says David Wolfe
For those of you aren’t familiar with David Wolfe, he is a renowned expert, researcher and speaker in raw food and superfood nutrition and has written several books on the subjects of raw foods, superfoods, and eating for beauty. I’m a huge fan of his because he helped inspire me to go “raw.” I’ve even interviewed him myself once and it was a real pleasure. It was so funny to hear him mention the Noblerex K-1 the other week on a teleconference with over 1,000 people. The subject matter of the call/interview was along the lines of: How to Fit all of Your Health Protocols Easily into Your Day. Here’s the recorded segment of David mentioning the K-1 here:
One of the things I love the most about the Noblerex and Whole Body Vibration is that it gives me an efficient and effective workout, around 60 minutes worth of exercise, in just 10 minutes. This is because 1) almost ALL of your muscle fibers are being stimulated and recruited instead of about 45% and 2) you’re contracting and releasing them up to 7-28 times per second (depending on the intensity setting) instead of 1-2 times per second. Sometimes I just don’t have an hour and a half or two to get ready, go to the gym or yoga class, exercise, come back and shower, etc. The idea of being able to do this in the comfort of my home while I watch my news or videos or listen to whatever I need to listen to while working out is just a dream come true! So I know I’m not the only one here, right? Who doesn’t have 10 minutes a day to get the benefits of Whole Body Vibration in (including instant energy, stress relief, and a metabolism boost). A few things I like to do while on the K1 (while just standing on it or while doing a hard core workout) are:
The Noblerex K1 offers space-age fitness for a fast paced society and it’s up to us if we want to take it up another notch or two and bundle whole body vibration exercise with a few other things to really bundle your tasks. We can just stand on it and enjoy it (which is awesome) or we can fit a lot more into our day using it in conjunction with other things we need to do, so exercise and resistance training DO NOT fall off the plate for once Similar Posts: |
