Today is day 8 of my challenge and it’s time to recap what I’ve done the last few days: Day 4: Rested (I had to after day 3′s workout), did about 15 minutes of lower intensity (massage) on the K-1. Felt VERY sore. Day 5:20 minutes on the K-1. Still felt sore! Day 6: 40 minutes running, 15 minutes of upper body and core work on the K-1 Day 7: 25 minutes of lower body and core on the K-1 Today, Day 8: 40 minutes of cardio (elliptical machine), 10 minutes low intensity on the K-1 Here’s a great article I read the other day by Dr. Mercola.
