Day 21, Pics, and 2% Body Fat Lost!

Okay, this is really exciting:  I’ve lost 2% body fat since beginning my 90 day whole body vibration challenge.  This might not sound like a lot, but for someone my size, it’s been tough to budge that % no matter how much cardio and training I do.  And I already eat a very clean diet so there’s not much to do there but eat less and in moderation, of course (which I always strive to do).  Seriously– one of the reasons I have been so excited about whole body vibration is that it’s something that is going to take me to where I a haven’t been able to get to on my own–a leaner, stronger, more toned place :)   I’m jumping for joy today!

Stats as of October 14th

Weight: 101 lbs (was 102.4 lbs September 22nd, Day 1)

Body Fat: 19.5% (was 21.6 % September 22nd, Day 1)

This is so huge.  I can feel and see the difference.  I was expecting this and it’s really working!  The Noblerex K-1 rocks!

Workout Diary:

Day 18,  Saturday:  Rest.  I actually took a day off the K-1 too!

Day 19, Sunday:  35 minutes of cardio on the elipitical machine, 20 minutes intense strength training on the K-1

Day 20, Monday: 10 minutes on the K-1, 30 minutes of yoga.

Day 21, Tuesday: 35 minutes of cardio on the eliptical machine, 25 minutes on the K-1 on Auto Mode 3
