Day 17, Video, and a “Green” Protein Smoothie Recipe

Note: I say in the video that it’s day 15, but it is really day 16! :)

Exercise this week:

Day 16,  Tuesday:  Cardio–did 50 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training on the treadmill at the gym (it was a class).  Wowee!

Day 17, Wednesday:  25 minutes on the K-1 Using Auto Mode 3 (levels 1-10).  See my recent post on my love for the Auto Mode here.

Day 18, Thursday: 25 minute intense workout (upper and lower body) on the K-1

Day 19, Friday: Rest :)

I find it odd how I don’t feel as sore as I think I’m going to feel off the Noblerex K-1 but when I get back on it, I’m sore again!  I think this is because when I’m regularly walking or even jogging, I’m using those big, slow twitch muscles of mine and my involuntary/fast twitch muscle fibers are insulted and not used musch.   It’s only when I’m on the K-1 that I can really feel of them again!

Stats as off October 9th

Weight: 101.8 (possibly down a bit?)

Body Fat: 21.2 (down a bit)

And here’s a Green Protein Smoothie Recipe for you wondering how I’m getting that extra protein in!

Lean and Green Spinach Machine

1 Green Apple

1 Banana

1 BIG Handful of Spinach

4 scoops of Hemp Protein Powder (adds 120 cal and 15 grams of protein)

Blend away in a good blender and enjoy!

Latest testimonial from a friend in Chicago:

“I have been using the Noblerex K1 for 2 weeks now, and the K1 has completely changed my entire outlook on exercise, and life in general.  I look forward to getting on the K1 each and every time; hats every  off to Lenette for providing a cutting edge method of exercise. If you  are like me and are constantly seeking the next best thing, I highly  recommend the Noblerex K1.”

Awesome Chris!!
