Day 12 and a the Noblerex K-1 on TV!
Okay, time for an update on my workouts: Tuesday, Day 9: Worked out on the K-1 for 25 minutes (mostly lower body) Wednesday, Day 10: Warmed up for my run on the K-1 for ten minutes (level 10), ran 3.5 miles Thursday, Day 11: I did just the upper body portion of my Tracy Anderson DVD, while standing and squatting on the K-1 (about 20 minutes), then I did about 4 minutes of planks. Did another 10 minutes of just standing on it in the evening. Friday, Day 12: Ran 3 miles and used the K-1 for ten minutes on Auto Mode 3 (varies between levels 1-10) Here’s a great video on the Noblerex K-1 to check out (different people selling it but a very neat television spot with the wife of Charles Barkley!!)
