Day 1 of the Noblerex K-1 Challenge

Happy Day 1 of Fall and of the 90 Day Noblerex K-1 Challenge!

Yesterday I posted my before pics and measurements, so today we begin :)   I did two 10 minute sessions on the K-1 today, going through a series of positions and holding them for 1-3 minutes each (or for less time on each side) at an intensity of 10.

At level 10, this means my muscles were contracting about 28 times per second–or 1,680 times per minute!   That’s really incredible.  I’m really looking forward to where I’ll be day 30 or even day 14.
